Is the reveal real, or is the video edited?
Real. The outer fabric carries a hydrochromic layer — the frost print is physically there, invisible until water touches it. It develops in seconds on contact and fades back as the fabric dries. That's also your safety net: if your jacket doesn't react, it goes back on us under the 30-day guarantee.
Does it work with snow, or only rain?
Both. Anything wet triggers it — rain, snow as it melts on the shell, sleet, spray, even a splash. Light drizzle sketches the print in patches; a proper storm develops it edge to edge. Snow is the slowest and the best-looking version, because it blooms as each flake melts.
Is it actually warm, or is this a rain shell?
It's a winter jacket first. Real insulation, windproof shell, storm hood — built for the months the viral rain shells can't survive. The reveal is the party trick; the warmth is the product.
Waterproof or just water-resistant?
Waterproof — 8,000 mm hydrostatic rating with taped seams. You can stand in the storm long enough to film the full develop and walk home dry.
Does washing kill the effect?
No — the reveal layer is bonded into the fabric, not printed on top, and it's built for repeated wet-dry cycles. Care is simple: wash cold, hang dry. Skip the tumble dryer and harsh detergents and it keeps reacting season after season.
How does the sizing run?
Unisex, true to size, XXS–XL. If you're between sizes, go one up — it's cut for a relaxed winter fit with room to layer. And if you still get it wrong, your first size exchange is free.
How long is shipping? Any customs fees?
Orders ship within 48 hours with tracking from dispatch to door. Delivery time depends on your country — the exact window shows at checkout. Customs and import fees are covered by us, always. The price you see is the price you pay.
What if it doesn't react when it arrives?
Then something's wrong and it's ours to fix. Run it under a tap — the print should appear within seconds. If it doesn't, send us a clip and we replace or refund inside the 30-day window. It reveals, or it goes back.
